GRAIN HANDLING - NECO^® AUGERS & CONVEYORS

With the Modular system you are versatile - you have an existing horizontal system, but what you really need is a vertical or inclined system. It is no problem to convert the horizontal system into vertical or inclined. The existing horizontal system components are still used; additional components and/or accessories can be added at any time, before or after installation. With the Modular system, you are flexible - with the use of extension augers as the main auger for the under-floor unit, you can change bin sizes by simply substituting the auger extension or add to it.

NECO^® features:

Flexible - All of the Modular grain handling systems are created from the same basic components. By combining the universal power discharge head and common auger extensions with specific components. NECO^®'s Modular line easily meets your requirements for bin unloading, or transfer systems, regardless of bin size or system type. Sweep augers use basic sections which in combination assemble into complete sweeps for any size.

Adaptable - The customer can easily change or add on to these systems at any time without modifications. The components on Modular systems are also designed to retrofit to many brands of previously installed systems.

Removable - Each system is equipped with the exclusive E-Z OFF Motor Mount. No tools required to replace V-Belts, remove motors for storage or grain theft protection, or even to us on multiple systems.

Multi-Purpose Hoppers - One hopper body is used for al 6" and 8" center hoppers. These hoppers can be used below perforated floors or cast in concrete and can be fitted with slide rails or roller rails. This means your hopper inventory is kept to a minimum.

Farm And Commercial Sizes - Heavy duty flighting is available on all auger extensions and is standard on all discharge heads. Center and intermediate hoppers (8", 10", & 12") are available in commercial grade with covered roller gate inlets for plenums or concrete. Commercial duty sweep augers incorporate a square torque bar and new improved backstop.

NECO^®'s "All Purpose Auger" line consists of the same basic components used in our "Modular" line.
